What We Do

360Feedbacks is an online 360 degree feedback platform. You choose the leader to evaluate and invite their manager, peers, and direct reports; we send the anonymous surveys and reminders, analyze the answers, and deliver a PDF report with strengths, blind spots, anonymous comments grouped by theme, and a 30-60-90 day development plan.

Why We Built It

Most 360 tools are sold as part of large HR platforms with per-employee subscriptions, or as consultant-led assessments. Teams that just want an honest 360 for a handful of leaders end up paying for far more than they use. We price per leader evaluated, include one complete evaluation free, and publish our prices on the pricing page.

How We Handle Your Data

• Rater answers are anonymous in the report: results for a group appear only when 3 or more people in it responded
• Comments are shown without names; individual peer and direct-report ratings are never shown
• Data is encrypted and stored securely, with access controls by role
• Surveys and reports are available in English and Spanish
