One evaluation = one complete 360 for one leader (the person receiving feedback). The price per evaluation depends on how many you buy at once:

Every evaluation includes the same core product:
- Unlimited raters per leader (manager, peers, direct reports, self)
- Anonymous results by rater group, shown only with 3 or more raters in a group
- Automated email invitations and reminders
- PDF report with blind spots, hidden strengths, anonymous comments, and a 30-60-90 day plan
- AI-assisted analysis of open-ended comments
- Surveys and reports in English or Spanish
Larger packages add priority support, a team progress dashboard, and bulk rater upload (Growth), plus advanced analytics and dedicated onboarding (Scale). Payment is one-time by card or PayPal, and purchased evaluations are valid for 12 months.
